You can now order your very own personalized Slovenian post stamp from your mobile

Our Role

Developing a mobile application for receiving images, changes/edits, orders and purchases of the personalized stamp

Challenge

Develope a universal application with which you can now order and purchase your very own personalized stamp for yourself our a friend without using a PC.The guiding principle was univerzality of use since the personalized stamp can be ordered by anyone who possess a mobile phone of the new generation with the feature of transfer of content and the system Moneta.

Connecting the new channel with the “old” manner of internet orders  in an easy way which does not infringe in the existing (internet) ways of producing stamps.

Solution

As mentioned the guiding principle was the universality of use, while this does have its bounderies. If you wish to create the personalized stamp you must first take a photo of the desired image and upload it onto your phone. This image is then sent as MMS to with the key word ZNAMKA (stamp) to a short number 3132. With a click on the push system the user visits the mobile website, where they can change the image, choose the stamp frame, enters recipients info, chooses quantity and other specifics.By clicking “accept” the order is sent and paid for with the Moneta system.

The servise is provided to Mobitel, Simobil and soon Tuš Mobile users. Slovenian post used the new channel to elevate sales of an interesting service.
